Making a Splash

Hi All,

May has arrived and we are out on the road starting our outdoor season.

We recently traded at Cardiff Bay over the last 2 Bank Holidays and bumped into a few of our regulars (it was good to see you again), of note we spoke with Dave from Penarth, he ordered some signs from us late last year and put them to quite an unusal use.. he and his partner are using them as a splash back for their cooker hob.. "quite different"  we thought  so we had to ask for a couple of photo's to see what it looks like.. and Dave's creation can now be shared with all of you (see left).

 Thanks Dave.

If you have used any of our products for a quirky use.. why not drop us a line through our contact page and we can get you on our blog in the future.

As we said at the top of this blog entry, we are now travelling to events with our stall throughout the summer, our next event is up in Bewdley at the the Severn Valley Railway 60's Weekend. You can check it out by following the this link to the SVR site. Maybe we'll bump into you up there. We'll be making sure that we have plenty of our 1960's gifts in stock.

May see's the release of our new range.. Only Fools and Horses Mugs and Signs. Featuring Del Boy and Rodney and also the famous Trotters Independant Trading Logo. They are a great additon to our 1980's range and we hope you enjoy them as much as we have sourcing them for the shop.

June will see the additon of a New Monty Python Range, Singing Mugs, Key Fobs with sound bites from classic sketches and even Mr Creosote Wafer Thin Mints.. Sign up to our newsletter to get first nod when these hit the shelves at Sweet and Nostalgic.

Regards
Mark.
