A Spring in your step and a Right Ole Royal Wedding

April is already with us, the clocks have gone forward and the weather is getting better (if only a lillte). Most of us are starting to spring clean and dare I say it get out and about for a bit of exercise !

Well it's no different for us at Sweet and Nostalgic Towers. We are busily getting our outdoor gear ready to start our fayre season, starting at Cardiff Bay over Easter and May Day Bank Holiday , we'll even be there for the much anticipated Royal Wedding. I remember Charles and Diana's wedding fondly, we had a street party that went late into the night (which was great for a 12 year old kid).

Unfortunately we don't have any William and Kate gifts onsite, they'll have to wait for another 20 years to become retro, but we do have some royalty memorabilia,  Pagentry of the Crown DVD and Scrapbook and a replica newspaper of The Queen's Coronation back in 1953, these gift ideas are great for the royalty fan and collector.

Also, new into us this month we have a great selection of World War II memorabilia, miniature war medals inc The Africa Star, Defence Medal (Home Guard) and British War Medal . We have also sourced a full size replica of the Victoria Cross.

Our colouring posters and postcards are perfect for youngsters learning about WWI and WWII, they come with a set of pencils and have informative footnotes explaining the key stages of each campaign. We think that these would be great for schools or self study at home.

Other items that we have launch are WWII aircraft posters, Victoria Cross Pin Badges, Spitfire models and an increased range of A5 and A3 Metal Signs.

All of this should keep you busy on our site for quite some time, we hope to see you at one of our fayres over the summer months, why not come and say hello.
