Domestic UK Shipping
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st / 2nd Class Post or Special Delivery (this service only delivers Mon-Fri, not Saturday Guaranteed), on larger orders we send by Courier ( to protect both you and us ) . We will choose the most cost effective service depending on the size of your order. If you order weight is less than 50gms we will ship it FREE OF CHARGE (e.g ration books, wartime cookery booklet, war medals and coins).

These orders can be either sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post (up to 3Kgs) or Special Delivery, on larger orders (3Kgs - 20Kgs) you can choose our Flat Rate Courier Service £18.
Next Day Courier ... Order before 10am and choose our Next Day Service £8.95(Max 30Kgs, UK Mainland Only, Mon-Fri Delivery Only) and we will send your items out by City Link or UPS to arrive with you the very next day (excludes large orders of bespoke gifts e.g Retro Sweet Packs and Mug Gift Sets). You will also receive an unique tracking number in your shipping email to follow your parcels progress. Even if you miss our deadline we may still be able to ship you item for next day delivery through our Royal Mail Account, please call us on 0845 475 1007 to find out more.
For our standard Royal Mail Service t the cost of post and packaging is relative to the weight of your order. We add a small amount for packaging but endeavour to ensure that your only pay what is reasonable in relation to Royal Mail's / Courier's current pricing.

BFPO Addresses
We are keen to support UK forces on tour home and abroad. We are able to send up 2Kgs in weight at our normal UK standard delivery rates. Place your order as normal, but please insert you county address as 'NOT LISTED' and your shipping country as 'UNITED KINGDOM', and we will sort out the rest. If your order is over 2Kgs we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative delivery method.
International Shipping
Carriage is payable on all overseas orders. Please make sure you enter the appropriate destination at the checkout. Simiarly we only charge was is reasonably fair against your order.
Delivery
We will normally process your order within 2 working days, however please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK and up to 21 Days for European and Rest of the World deliveries.
PLEASE NOTE : Nearly all of our packages are too large to fit through a standard letter box. Royal Mail or the Courier Company should leave a calling card if you are out. If you have not received your order longer than 7 days after receiving your shipping email please contact your local sorting office as your first priority, if you have no luck, then please contact us and we'll raise an investigation to track your delivery.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with an expected delivery date and the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
As stock levels are not listed on our website, should your order be urgent or a more specific delivery date required then please contact us by email and we will be able to advise.
