Threepence Coin Pack - Elizabeth II
The first nickel-brass three-pence coins circulated featured the bust of George VI on the obverse and a three-headed thrift plant on the reverse. The dimensions of the three-pence remained unchanged during the reign of Elizabeth II with her bust on the obverse and a Tudor portcullis on the reverse.
This original Elizabeth II three-pence is held in a clear blister on a card. The card that has the image of a Union Jack and the Royal coat of arms on the front and the reverse tells the story of the Three-pence. A lovely nostalgic gift idea, or add to your own coin collection.
